Dublin Airport one of the busiest airports in Europe

Dublin AirportDublin Airport DUB, whose code is Amadeus, is 10km north of the city, opened in 1940 and consists of two terminals. It is one of the ten busiest airports in Europe with 20 million passengers a year. I arrived at Terminal 2 from Barcelona with Are Lings. I got an offer in December for 35 €, price ryanair but nothing else to do apart from nationality. Actually a real find.

Returning to the terminal 2 is a modern building was inaugurated last year, compared with Belfast. That if you like at British airports is to pass through passport control / documentation. With enough ID for travel to Ireland but unlike in France or Germany have to show it. No machines read passport chip quick as there is in some airports londonienses, but at least do not expect much luggage in the collection.

At the end of the collection of suitcases, there are some shops and cafes, money-changing. I noticed because I wanted if I could find the card to the phone but there was only one international. So I went out to look for the bus to reach the city, there are 12 companies that reach the whole country. Company can not remember exactly, but the bus and I had wife cost 7 €. Although I could not take much, I first stop off at the Drumcondra that was the one closest to my hotel.
